Saline County Farm Bureau Association Scholarships: Are you a member of Farm Bureau? Please note that the majority of scholarship funds will continue to be given to students pursuing a career in Agriculture, however, since 2006 we’ve been awarding funds to students pursuing a variety of academic interest and the only requirement for the scholarship is that they, or their parents, are a Saline County Farm Bureau member.   We do also give scholarships to outstanding students whose parents are not Farm Bureau Members, as long as their career is in Agriculture.  In 2020 the Board awarded 4 $1,000 scholarships and one $1,500 scholarship to 5 very deserving area students. Our organization appreciates the hard work that you as counselors/advisors do in informing students of our Farm Bureau Scholarship and we hope that you will continue to do this. The Board of Directors for Saline County Farm Bureau Association examines every application and they make their decision based on several factors but most importantly on student need. Return applications back to the Saline County Farm Bureau, 2740 Belmont Blvd., Suite B, Salina, Kansas 67401, or by email to salinefb@kfb.org by April 9, 2021.  More information in counseling office.
