Mr. Ryan Krajicek, a 2013 Sacred Heart alum, will be entering his third year as the PE Instructor, Head of Strength & Conditioning & the Offensive Coordinator for SHHS Football. He will also coach Powerlifting.
After graduating from SHHS, Coach Krajicek attended Kansas State where he majored in Physical Science & Gerontology and played Rugby for the Wildcats. After graduating with honors, he spent a year at the LMU College of Medicine before beginning his teaching & coaching career. Coach K is finishing his M.S. in Education via FHSU and will receive his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist distinction through the NSCA.
